A Universal Wish of the Prehistoric Kind by Kids Wish Network

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (December 2021): Kaiighzynn has a love of the prehistoric kind, he’s obsessed with dinosaurs. They even decorate his bedroom and most of his clothes. Kaiighzynn really wanted to go to Universal Studios to experience its Jurassic Park attraction, and Kids Wish Network made it happen with tickets for Universal Studios, generous gift cards for airfare and Hotels.com. They’re also making his adventure extra colorful with tickets to LEGOLAND’s theme park provided by Merlin’s Magic Wand. His trip will be one for his family’s history books.  

Kaiighzynn was born with two tumors in his abdomen that were discovered when he was a couple months old. He was diagnosed with teratoma retroperitoneal and asplenia, and with the tumors growing, he had to undergo surgery to have them removed. It was also necessary to take out half of his pancreas, his spleen, and the main artery to his liver. It put him at risk for needing a liver transplant, but the risky surgery was a success. Kaiighzynn has been through so much in his young life.
