Wish Kid Gets His Gaming Paradise
Zachary Gifted Surprise of Ultimate Gaming Setup
NANTICOKE, Pa. (November 2020): Zachary opened his bedroom door with great anticipation. He just found out there was a big surprise waiting for him from Kids Wish Network, a children’s charity that grants wishes for kids with life-threatening illnesses. He entered his room and was amazed at what he saw. Zachary’s room was transformed into his gaming paradise. Kids Wish purchased him a state-of-the-art gaming desktop with atmospheric LED lights, a Samsung curved monitor, and an HTC Vive Cosmos virtual reality set to vividly immerse him in his favorite gaming worlds. He also received a trendy gaming desk complete with a charging station, cup, and headphone holder donated by Studio Designs, a stylish Enzo gaming chair courtesy of Arozzi, and Eluktronics provided the ultimate gaming bundle complete with a headset, mouse, mousepad, and cables for his PC. “It’s super cool!” said Zachary. “I really appreciate it, thank you so much!”
Zachary’s wish coming true was a positive boost after all his cancer struggles with the sarcoma of the bone. He’s been through a lot of challenges with chemo, surgery to remove lymph nodes, and a titanium knee replacement. Surgeons also removed part of his lung and will need to remove additional cancerous lymph nodes in the future.
“We’re thrilled we could give Zachary his ultimate gaming setup, we know it’ll bring him ongoing happiness,” said his Wish Coordinator Kim Kreiner.
