HAYWARD, Calif. (December 2021): Fernando is a big fan of Toy Story’s Buzz Lightyear, and his dream to someday go to Disney World felt so far away. Kids Wish Network is making it possible with a special travel package including generous gift cards for Disney, Hotels.com, and his family’s airfare. They’re also making Fernando’s special wish out-of-this-world with tickets to Universal Studios, and Merlin’s Magic Wand is providing tickets to LEGOLAND’s theme park. He’s looking forward to Disney and beyond!

Fernando was born with tetralogy of fallot, a heart condition caused by a combination of four heart defects. He underwent open-heart surgery at only a month old and is expected to need more surgeries throughout his life as he grows.
