Wish Will Bring History to Life for WWII Buff

BEDFORD, N.H. (September 2023): Logan is obsessed with world history, and is especially fascinated learning all he can about WWII. He even wants to be a Special Forces Marine when he grows up. His parents already booked airfare for a trip to Normandy and London, giving Logan an amazing opportunity to explore the historical sites, museums, and places that he’s studied so much about. This is a very meaningful trip for Logan, and to help make it possible, Kids Wish Network purchased his family generous Hotels.com gift cards, and the means to cover additional incidentals.

A sergeant from the U.S. Marines rang his family’s doorbell, delivering the very special news that Kids Wish Network was helping to make his dream a reality. He spent time with Logan, and the conversations freely flowed about military life. Local florist Chalifour’s made the meeting extra festive, donating red, white and blue mylar balloons for the memorable and patriotic reveal.

Logan was three years old when he was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. It’s progressed to where he’s lost his mobility, he relies on his wheelchair to get around.
