Wish Levels Up Fun with Best Gift Cards for Gamer

HANFORD, Calif. (January 2024): Axel was at school when he found out that his dream was coming true. His mom, school principal and additional school staff were there to share in his amazing news. Kids Wish Network purchased Axel generous Best Buy gift cards so he could go shopping for the electronics he was wishing for. He had big plans, he could finally have the PS5 gaming system he’d been wanting so badly, video games, and maybe even a phone. Axel’s wish coming true enabled him to splurge on himself and level up his gaming fun!

Axel has congenital muscular dystrophy. Muscular dystrophies are generally genetic, degenerative diseases primarily affecting voluntary muscles. After his diagnosis, he began physical therapy. He now relies on a wheelchair, and recently had a feeding tube inserted to obtain more nutrients. He also has scoliosis.
