LUMBERTON, N.C. (April 2024): Jayden loves camping and being in the mountains. Kids Wish Network made his dream come true with a travel gift card package, making it possible for Jayden to choose the adventure of his choice when he’s able to travel. Kids Wish Network purchased his family a generous Hotels.com gift card, and a One4all gift card offering a vast array of participating retailers for dining, shopping, entertainment, gas and more. They also received the means to cover additional travel expenses.  According to Jayden’s mom, they have their sights on Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. 

Shortly after Jayden was born, he was hospitalized in the NICU for two weeks. At three months old, Jayden was diagnosed with chromosome 22Q11.2 duplication syndrome, causing a variety of complications with his health.
