QUINCY, Mich. (October 2024): Serenity adores Disney Princess Jasmine, and really hoped she could meet her one day at Disney World. Kids Wish Network is making her trip to Disney happen, sending her family to Orlando for her own fairytale adventure. They’ll be going to the Disney parks of their choice with park hopper passes, and can also visit both Universal theme parks. Serenity is so excited to see the big castle at the Magic Kingdom, and will surely be on the lookout for Princess Jasmine!

Their trip initially had to be postponed due to a Florida hurricane, but it’s already been rescheduled, so Orlando adventures await! Just like Jasmine, Serenity will experience a whole new world, with every turn a surprise!

Serenity has Langerhans cell histiocytosis, a rare condition that occurs when a type of immune system cell called Langerhans cells build up in the body. These histiocytes move into tissues where they are not normally found leading to tissue damage and tumors. It’s most common in the skin and bones.
