Siblings June and Manavi continue to cope with their dad’s long and difficult cancer battle. It’s been a very challenging time for their family.

Manavi is adopted from India, and also faced her own challenges since losing her arm in a traumatic accident when she was a baby. She is loving, kind, generous and always helpful. Manavi has undergone a surgery, and coped with complications. Her mom said, “Being an amputee is hard, but she thrives! Manavi is an actual Hero!”

June was also adopted from India, and has overcome many adversities. Despite being through so much, she exudes joy every single day. She is giving and kind. “She tells everyone they are beautiful, and is such a light in this world,” shared her mom. “She truly is my hero!”

June and Manavi were awarded special Hero gift packages through Kids Wish Network’s Hero of the Month program for their continued bravery throughout their dad’s cancer journey.  “Thank you!” said their mom. “Our girls were so excited!”
