WALDORF, Md. (December 2021): Cory is a serious gamer and wished to have his bedroom transformed into his own hi-tech gaming zone. Kids Wish Network leveled up his room into the gaming paradise of his dreams. His bedroom makeover included a nightstand with lots of storage, a modern black and red gaming desk and chair, along with matching bedding and a gaming accent pillow. Then came the electronics to really up his game! He received a 55” Samsung Smart TV, Bluetooth gaming headset with microphone, and a Sony PlayStation 4 1TB Slim Gaming Console. He’ll also have fun picking out his favorite games with a generous Walmart gift card.

Cory was born with a rare birth defect called schizenphaly, with slits or clefts in the cerebral hemispheres of the brain. It also caused cerebral palsy, seizures, and additional medical complications.
