Hero is a Treasure to Dad Battling Cancer

Taliana is a precious jewel to her dad as he struggles through yet another battle with cancer. Even though she’s so young, she’s wise beyond her years and takes her dad’s illness very seriously. She nurtures him, and makes sure he takes all his medications. Taliana encourages her dad, and gently reminds him to follow his treatment so he can get well. While she loves going to the park with him, she is understanding when he feels too sick to move or leave the house. She assures him it’s ok, and that they can go when he’s feeling better. When she found out her dad’s cancer came back, Taliana held his hand, and told him she’ll be there during his radiation and injection treatments. She provides her dad with moral support and the mental fortitude to keep going. She also gives him a sense of calm, and makes him smile when he’s feeling ill or down. She was nominated by her adoring dad who is so grateful for her positivity and care during his difficult struggle. Kids Wish Network is thrilled to reward Taliana as a Hero.
