Avorn Experiences Magical Wish with Family

(March 2021): Sadly, Avorn’s health is deteriorating. She was born with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, a rare and severe type of epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and spastic quadriplegia that affects all four of her limbs. She has a feeding tube for nutrition and requires supplemental oxygen since having her tracheotomy. Avorn’s in-home nurse helps with her variety of medical needs. 

She lights up when she sees Disney princesses and Mickey Mouse and was in need of her own magical fairytale. Kids Wish Network made it possible for Avorn and her loving guardians to experience a meaningful visit to Disney, giving them generous Disney gift cards that they can use for tickets, Disney accommodations, dining, souvenirs in the parks, or at the Disney Store. Her family additionally received tickets to Universal Studios Orlando, and Merlin’s Magic Wand also made her wish memorable by donating tickets to LEGOLAND Florida’s theme park. Her guardians are thankful to have such a meaningful way to celebrate her life.
