Meet Princess Anna Marie

“Anna Marie has memories for a lifetime.”

Anna Marie and Mickey

Anna Marie had an extremely hard start to life and was diagnosed with multiple illnesses. Born premature in unhealthy conditions, Anna Marie defied the odds and survived her first night.

She suffers from a seizure disorder defined by small body tremors that can last for hours. She takes medication twice a day to control the seizures and uses a rescue medication during an episode. She also suffers from a vocal cord dysfunction that affects her whole respiratory system and cerebral palsy. To treat the vocal cord dysfunction, she uses an inhaled steroid twice a day and a nebulizer when needed. Anna Marie has issues with her fine motor skills, but does not yet need to use braces or a wheelchair for mobility.

Anna Maria participates in occupational, physical and water therapies to help with her life-threatening conditions. The family girl loves the Disney Princesses and couldn’t believe she finally got to meet them in person on her Wish trip!

Anna Marie and her family had a magical time exploring all the Disneyland parks, meeting the characters, and enjoying the all-inclusive wish. Anna Marie’s favorite part was getting to meet the Disney Princesses and getting her own Princess makeover.

“Anna Marie had a blast on her magical wish trip,” recalls mom Elizabeth. “We were treated like royalty, and Anna Marie has memories for a lifetime. Thank you so much Kids Wish Network.”

Thank you to all the sponsors who made Anna Marie’s wish possible!
