My Gaming Wish was Granted!

Name: Cameron
Age: 14
State: MI

Cameron was born with a condition called Duchenne muscular dystrophy. This is a progressive disease that continually weakens and breaks down the body’s muscles. At this point in his life, Cameron has very limited use of his hands and cannot move his legs; he is reliant on a power wheelchair and also requires the use of a feeding tube. In 2011, Cameron underwent a spinal surgery and experienced 5 days of extreme pain afterwards due to a broken femur. Recently, Cameron was hospitalized for several days with a negative reaction to a new medication.

For his wish, Cameron received a digital finger joystick, an integrated Xbox 360 wired controller, and dual sensor switches to help him play video games on his Xbox 360 with his best friend.
