Bikers-N-Bears Run Raises Money For Kids Wish Network

Armor Bearers Ministries held its 5th annual Bikers-N-Bears Run Saturday, starting at the ministry’s church on North Illinois Avenue in Mansfield.

Armor Bearers Motorcycle Club International President John “Preacherman” Harris says the event is a motorcycle caravan to the Christian Children’s Home orphanage in Wooster, with each rider donating a stuffed animal and fifteen-dollars for the Kids Wish Network.

Harris hoped to raise at least $1100 to pay for a 15-year-old girl named Sarah from Oak Hill, Ohio to get her wish to take a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee.

Once the bikers reached the Children’s Christian Home, they had a cook-out for the children, played games, and gave them motorcycle rides.
