John Heinz Rehab recently honored Daniel Stefanowicz as the July Hero of the Month as part of the nationally recognized Kids Wish Network, which honors a child who faced and has overcome tragic circumstances with courage. Stefanowicz, 14, received a certificate, T-shirt, a Guardian Angel coin and a gift card to a local store. Stefanowicz, who was born prematurely, was immediately diagnosed with cerebral palsy.
