Elton is a happy teenager who just adores cars. In fact, his favorite movie is Disney’s “Cars,” his favorite sport is car racing and he has a large collection of toy cars. Elton is also very friendly and he just loves hugs. In school, he enjoys math and he also likes to draw and color.

When Elton was only 6-months-old, his parents noticed that their little boy had no head control and that the soft spot on his head was getting larger instead of smaller. Elton’s doctor ran a CAT scan and later an MRI that showed that little Elton had a large tumor the size of a softball on the left side of his brain. This tumor was found to be a rare type of tumor called a Choroid Plexus Papilloma that is associated with Hydrocephalus, or “water on the brain,” which Elton also has. After the discovery of the tumor, Elton suffered through 6 surgeries to remove the whole tumor and put plates in his head. After the surgeries, Elton began experiencing seizures that have continued through the years and for which he follows a daily medication regimen.

For his wish, Elton wants to meet his favorite “Cars” movie stars at their home in Walt Disney World! Get out your sunglasses, Elton, because you’re going to Florida!
