Name: Tori
Age: 5
State: WI

Little Tori-Jane was born with a rare bleeding disorder known as Glanzmann’s Thrombasthenia. Because her blood does not clot, when Tori-Jane bleeds, she must be immediately admitted to the hospital for platelet transfusions. Even simply falling off of a bicycle can be tremendously dangerous to her. Complicating her condition, Tori-Jane’s body has recently become immune to the platelets so now she must have infusions of a synthetic blood product that unfortunately, does not work as well. Tori-Jane has also developed hematoma in one of her legs.
One of this special little girl’s favorite things to do is to sing for people. Tori-Jane is doing a lot of that now that she has very own piano and microphone! Encore, Tori-Jane!
