Rusty is a 14-year-old boy who struggles with various life-threatening and debilitating illnesses. He suffers from spastic cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, hypothyroidism, autism, and is legally blind. Rusty is also missing a portion of his brain and relies on a wheelchair for mobility. Because of his conditions, Rusty must be monitored at all times.
For his one wish, Rusty wanted a brand new desktop computer. He was taken by a limousine to pick up his new Dell desktop computer, and found a party waiting for him at the local Wal-Mart complete with a cake and bubble machine! It was a dream come true!
I am Rusty’s mother. I wanted to express my Gratefulness and Appreciation for you, Kids Wish Network, & Mrs. Jill, our wish coordinator. You all made my sons Dreams a Reality. He goes through so much on a daily basis, and we survive on a Fixed income, that there would have been no other way for us to make this Dream come true for him. You all are our Very Special Angels, & will Forever will be a Tremendous Part of our Lives. You really do make Dreams Come True! & THANKS would Never say Enough about you all.
