Hannah has been diagnosed as having a rare and severe neuromuscular seizure disorder that even her doctors do not fully understand. Hannah’s muscles have been severely affected and she is confined mostly to a wheelchair, though she can walk a little with the help of a walker. She is also unable to speak and must use a communication device. Hannah experiences extremely serious seizures and has been in and out of the hospital most of her young life.
This special little girl loves to spend time outside! A huge animal lover, Hannah knew just what she wanted for her special wish: she wanted to visit a real dude ranch! Hannah felt like a real cowgirl during her visit to Coffee Creek Ranch in beautiful northern California where she enjoyed some time exploring the woods, swimming, fishing and of course, horseback riding!
