Brett lives with a condition known as cerebral palsy with spastic quadriplegia. C.P. is a group of disorders associated with developmental brain damage and is characterized by a serious disruption of motor skills. Symptoms include spasticity and seizures. Brett’s condition affects all four of his limbs and causes him various other medical complications. He is unable to walk and is confined to a wheelchair.
One thing that Brett loves most of all is to spend time outside! Brett is doing that a lot lately – he’s having an absolute blast on his own brand new swing where he can spend hours swinging, listening to music, and just enjoying the feeling of the wind on his face!
