In 2005, Zach was diagnosed with epilepsy. This is a neurological disorder that causes Zach to suffer frequent unprovoked seizures. He is on a strict daily medication regimen for his condition and undergoes frequent EEG testing to monitor his seizure activity.

Zach wished to visit Hollywood and boy did he enjoy it! He got to tour around Hollywood, had a private magic show, visited an aquarium, had a private surfing lesson and much, much more! Out of everything though, Zach had the best time out on the water, learning to surf. He never laughed so much before in his entire life! What a dream come true.
