Hero of the Month Girl

Julianna is a ten-year old admitted for a gunshot wound to the left, upper part of her chest. She was riding horses with her mom and other family members on a horse trail when all of a sudden she, her mom, and her mom’s horse were suddenly shot. Julianna was admitted to the PICU and was moved to the Pediatrics Unit. She has been an amazing patient throughout this entire horrific experience. Her courage, willingness, and positive attitude is truly an inspiration to all of us.
