Madison is a happy little girl who loves to show her affection by blowing kisses and winking. She enjoys listening to The Jonas Brothers and watching shows like “The Price is Right” and “Alvin and the Chipmunks” on TV. This sweet 10-year-old is also quite the Carolina Panthers fan and has a great time watching their games.
At birth, Madison was diagnosed with Amyoplasia. This is a lack of muscular growth that causes deformities in her joints. Madison has no movement in her legs and arms and is wheelchair bound. The disease has also affected her trachea and she endured a tracheotomy surgery as soon as she was born; because of this she cannot talk, she must be fed via feeding tube and she relies on a device for communication. In addition, Madison has suffered through 50 various orthopedic surgeries in her short 10 years.
When she was asked to wish for anything in the world, Madison replied that she wanted to travel somewhere exotic on a cruise. Get ready to lounge on deck, Madison, because your wish is about to be granted!
