This is a very exciting week for me. Three of my wish kids will be getting their wishes!
Erick is 5-years-old and has a delightfully outgoing personality. He has Chronic Kidney Disease, he has to have dialysis treatments, and recently underwent a kidney transplant. He’s gone through a lot, but on Wednesday Erick’s wish comes true. He and his family will leave all their worries behind – they’ll be in the wonderful world of fantasy in Orlando, Florida.
Alicia is really sweet, she’s 11-years-old and loves to dance and play with balloons. She has Lennox Gestault Epilepsy which causes her to have multiple seizures every day that can’t be controlled by medicine. Her wish is for a pool and this week installation begins! I just know Alicia and her family will love the new pool and will have so much fun this summer as she splashes and floats around in her new pool! Thank you to the Woodmen of the World for helping make this wish possible.
Jazzenee is a teenager who has a smile for everyone. She has Sickle Cell Disease and experiences bouts of severe pain and swelling in her joints, sometimes to the point of not being able to walk. But she’s a determined young lady and makes the best of each day! On Wednesday, Jazzenee will have her wish come true – she will be going SHOPPING.
