Kids Wish Network Brings Hope to Sick Children

TAMPA-Kids Wish Network showered young patients and siblings with hundreds of toys recently when it visited Shriners Hospitals for Children with its unique gift giving drive, Holiday of Hope. This wonderful, one-of-a-kind event not only provided toys for sick children, but also a much needed dose of happiness. Gifts, clowns, entertainment and surprise guests were all part of a magical day for some special children.

Due to the smashing success of this third such event, Kids Wish Network is excited to announce that it will be spreading this joy to sick children throughout the country. In addition to its mission of granting wishes for children with life threatening illnesses, starting this summer, the charity will be teaming up with hospitals across the United States to ensure that all young patients and their forgotten siblings everywhere will experience the magic a holiday can bring throughout the year. With many of the charity’s “wish kids” living in the hospitals, these events provide an opportunity to extend added joy to them as well as to the other sick children seeking treatment.
